Subscription Information

BodyFlow Hydration subscriptions are charged every month to the payment method you provided when you subscribed. You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time – no questions asked. 

We actually might ask you for feedback so we can improve our product, but no pressure.

If you want to make any changes to your subscription:

  1. Go to your email and open one of our emails. It can be your original confirmation email, a monthly charge confirmation, or a reminder email. 
  2. Find the Manage Your Subscription link towards the bottom and click it. 
  3. You may be asked to verify your identity via email or SMS

BodyFlow Hydration provides a subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you have confirmed that you accept our Terms of Service. Your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products until you cancel your subscription. Taxes and shipping fees may apply.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the Manage Your Subscription link on your initial order confirmation or recurring order confirmation emails.
